The first time you create a ticket, you will be required to sign up for a Ben's Computer Help account. If we had your email address on file, your information is already in our new system and you should have received an activation email with personal directions to signup. You will use this to track the status of your ticket and submit future tickets so don't forget this information. 


Once you log into our service desk, you will be able see the option to submit a new support ticket. Click "New Support Ticket" to create a ticket.


Add a subject, and description of your problem. When you are finished, click submit. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your support request, at which time one of our technicians will contact you.
